- Secure Packaging: Every saree is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, your order is usually delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Order Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details via email and/or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
- Delivery Delays: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, weather conditions, or deliveries to remote locations.

Returns and Refund Policy
At SaariSutra, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Returns and refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Returns are accepted only if you receive an incorrect saree or the wrong size (where applicable).
- Refunds or replacements will be provided only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory as proof for any return, replacement, or refund request.
- Any return, replacement, or refund request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our products and services.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
